GENERAL QUESTIONS

Do you have a physical store where I could visit?
No. PAHK U Anime Store only operates online.

Are you going to have a physical store soon? Where?
Yes we're planning to. One reason why we sell cheap anime stuffs is we don't have any rental space to ay regularly. We return the savings we have to our customers by selling very cheap anime stuffs.

Where does you stuffs come from?
All our items are made and came from China.

Do you sell original or bootleg anime?
We we're asked by this question for many times, yes we do sell both original and bootleg anime items. The problem is on some of our items we can't distinguish if its bootleg or not. Please check the items' pictures as they we're the actual pictures or reference pictures of our items. You can inquire with us first or check the item physically upon meetup before purchasing any item.

I like your website, can I have a website like this too?

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

I like your items, how can I order?

Do I need to register an account first before ordering?
Yes, ordering from Pinoy Anime and Hobby Kolektors United requires registration for shipping and contact information.

Can I order without creating an account?
Yes you can, you can email your orders to sales@pahku.com.

How can I pay for my orders?
You can pay us thru bank deposit for the items' total price plus shipping cost. After you deposit your payment, please email us at sales@pahku.com or text us at 0918-9445489 so we could confirm your payment. As soon as we confirm it, we will ship your order the same day or the next day.

We use FedEx Air21 to ship orders. It will take 1-2 days to deliver, Sunday is excluded since there's no shipping service during this day. We will text or email you the tracking number as soon as we ship your order.

How much is the interbank deposit charge if I'm outside Metro Manila?
The interbank transaction of Banco De Oro is P50. Charge may change without prior notice.

I don't want to pay for shipment, can I meet you and pick up the item?
Yes, we can arrange a meetup if you don't want to pay for the shipping cost. Please visit the How to Order page for more detailed information.

Do you sell outside the Philippines?
No, I'm sorry but we're currently selling locally.

Do you accept Paypal?
No. We prefer bank deposit instead.


SHIPPING AND RETURN

How much is the shipping cost?
We charge a base rate of P100. Shipping cost may change depending on the weight, quantity, and size of your order or location of the reciepment.

Do you register your shipment?
Yes we do. We always make sure all items we ship are registered.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
If you're in Philippines, you can recieve your order after a day or 2 after we shipped it. For internation orders, shipping date is from 7 up to 20 days depending on the location of the reciepment.

I have a problem with my order, can you replace it?
Yes, we can replace items with concerns or problems. We're giving 3 days replacement warranty for all orders. We will not shoulder the shipping cost if you'll send us back the item, but we will pay for the shipping cost for the item when we ship it back. We always make sure that we deliver and give the best item we could offer but we're all human and do make mistake sometimes.

In case we don't have any items to replace your order you can change it with other item with the same or higher value then add payment for the difference. You can also wait for another stock as we restock our items 2-3 times a month.

How can I make sure you shipped my order?
We will text or mail you the tracking code as soon as we ship your order. You can call FedEx Air21 to confirm and follow up the status of your order.
